This kind of breakfast is great for people who have to get up early and don’t have time to really make anything in the morning.. Or if you just like sleeping in and eating oatmeal.
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
3/4 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1 Kiwi (Diced)
2 Large Strawberries (Diced)
2 Tbsp. Shredded Coconut
Put all ingredients in a bowl stir up and leave in the fridge overnight, wake up and it’s ready to eat! I personally like to heat mine up and eat it warm, but it’s also good cold. :]
