The weather has been perfect for grilling as of late, and I am taking full advantage of it! Grilling is quick, easy, and gives food a great taste without a lot of added ingredients. I made this as a side dish to accompany another grilled item that I will be showing you this week! 😉 For this dish I just cleaned the cauliflower, separated it into medium sized pieces, tossed it in a raisin vinaigrette, and grilled it!
