This one was probably my favorite out of the three that I made for the pizza party. It was super creamy and the fresh basil leaves and roma tomatoes really made this work amazingly. For the marinara sauce I used something along the lines of this post, and then topped that with a heavy dolloping of cashew cheese/spread, laid down some fresh basil and finished it off with tomato slices.
