Simple and super tasty, plus packed with tons of vitamins and nutrients! This salad consisted of largely chopped cucumber (1 medium sized), tomato (1), and 1/2 a small avocado. Seasoned with a bit of sea salt and fresh ground black pepper and tossed together; refreshing, filling and delicious.
