This morning I was craving a simple, tasty and nutritious breakfast that wouldn’t create too many dishes for me to clean up. I have tons of strawberries in my freezer AND refrigerator so I figured that I should use them!
This delicious concoction consists of: 1 sliced banana, 1 peeled orange, 8 frozen strawberries, roughly a cup of spinach (rinsed), 2 tbsp. ground flaxseed and 1/3 cup of water. Blend it all up and enjoy!
