Here’s a small bonus post for Raw Wednesday! It’s been a while since I’ve made a juice and to have one again was SO refreshing. Cucumbers are one of my favorite foods to juice because they are super cool (literally) and go great with fruits. This juice is made from:
- 2 Small Cucumbers
- 1 Apple
- 1 Large Carrot
- 3-4 Handfuls of Spinach
With all of those vitamin-rich ingredients I felt energized after finishing the juice. The taste was smooth and had a subtle sweetness to it from the apple and carrot, try it out for yourself!
