Superfoods 24/7 Giveaway!

Mint Nanaimo Bars from Superfoods 24/7

Superfoods 24/7 by Jessica NadelLast year, I had the pleasure of shooting another cookbook for Jessica Nadel of Cupcakes and Kale; this time it was the second in the 24/7 series: Superfoods 24/7. You may remember my recap of the first in the series, Greens 24/7 from a previous post? Both cookbooks are filled with delicious recipes, and colorful photos (by yours truly!).

Much like last time, I’m going to share with you some of my favorite photos/dishes from the cookbook, since I have tried every single recipe in it. At the end of the post you can enter to win a copy of the book for yourself! (Open to US residents, 18 & older)

I do want to add that you should not be intimidated by the superfoods title, Jess has included nature’s best superfoods that are wallet-friendly and widely available! Not superfoods that cost $50 a bag and are only found in Santa Monica juice bars. 😉 She has put her always-creative twist on traditional dishes as well as come up with some really unique and fun recipes!

  1. I love coconut oil, avocados, sweet potatoes, kale…the list goes on and on! Thanks for a great giveaway.

  2. Sweet potatoes, dark chocolate and pretty much any berry. Sadly, I just can’t get into kale, even though I keep trying.

  3. I would LOVE to win a copy of that book, as I am newly eating vegan and I need HALP in that department. haha! I adore your curried chickpea & carrot salad and I loooove berries. Eating superfood vegan makes me feel super awesome!

  4. Wow! This book looks fantastic!
My favourite superfoods are the everyday sort: kale, hemp seeds, Chia, cacao… but I have been known to indulge in goji berries, maca, lucuma, mesquite, spirIlona, chlorella, etc. It’s fun to play around with new things.

  5. Retro Wedge looks fabulous and a big drool fest! I gotta to have this cookbook to try that recipe! Looked so much better than TGIF Restaurant’s wedge salad, ha!

  6. Some of my favorite “superfoods” include blueberries, kale, and broccoli.

  7. My favorites are dark chocolate, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and while not sure if they are super foods, I’ve been fermenting my own veggies and they do taste pretty super 🙂

  8. These photos look incredible! I love the addition of chia seeds throughout my day. I like the texture and the slight nutty flavor and find that they complement loads of different dishes!

  9. Raw Cacao powder used in soups, smoothies, desserts!! Yum! Your photographs are gorgeous!

  10. Chances are if it’s plant based, I’m a big fan, and the list of Superfoods is everchanging, but I think I have to go with Cauliflower. Or chickpeas. Kale – definitely kale. Or maybe Raspberries…mmmmdo you see my problem here!? They’re all fabulous!
