I bought some roasted (not salted) UNSHELLED sunflower seeds the other day, so that I could make a delicious and simple spread with them! And with a food processor it could be easier, just put 1 cup of shelled sunflower seeds and 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt in the processor and turn on for roughly 4-5 minutes. You may need to stop mid way into it to scrape some of the mixture off of the sides, and you can personalize the taste to whatever your heart desires. 🙂
Vegan Yack Attack!

This is a vegan recipe blog for people who LOVE food, run by Jackie Sobon, that covers everything from indulgent desserts, to healthy dinners, and even the occasional raw recipe. I also write up product reviews and am sort of a beer snob. You'll find that there is something for everyone, here!
