I am a spicy food lover ‘till the day I die, maybe that’s why I bought a surplus of fresh jalapeños at the farmer’s market a couple of weeks ago. I noticed that they were starting to get a bit wrinkly, and decided to pickle them! I found an AWESOME recipe online at Simply Recipes, and made 1/3 of the recipe because that is all of the jalapeños I had, and did not use any cauliflower (unfortunately!). This recipe ended up being super easy to make and smells delicious; I even canned them using the recipe’s directions!
