VEGAN LABOR DAY EATS:
These packs are great for taking to a friend’s house where you may be unsure of the food situation. Just throw ’em on the grill and you’re set!
Cheezy, smokey, potato-y deliciousness; what more could you ask of an appetizer?
While the Greek summer salad is used in a wrap here, it’s great as a side! Think Mediterranean potato salad without the potatoes.
You don’t want to get thirsty while hanging out! That’s why I have some delectable drinks for you, some boozy, and some not.
Can’t have a cookout without burgers! These soyrizo burgers are packed with serious flavor.
Tots are one of my favorite sides, so you know I had to add it to the list!
Slather damn-near everything with this homemade strawberry BBQ sauce and it’ll be SO tasty!
Need something that’s on the healthier side? Try my squash queso dip!
Easy-peasy and ultra-refreshing, you won’t regret giving this spiked lemonade recipe a try.
Last by not least, this cheezy soyrizo dip is highly addictive, and non-vegans won’t have any idea that it’s plant-based!

Lastly, have fun, enjoy these Vegan Labor Day Eats, and stay safe out there, on your long weekend off everyone! π
These all look fantastic Jackie!
I especially love the Mexican Twice Baked Potatoes, Sweet Potato Tots with Chipotle Aioli, and the Cheezy Soyrizo Bean dip.
Yum, yum!
I had forgotten about those Mexican Twice Bakes, they look sooo good, thanks for reminding us π
All look so heavenly good! Happy Labor Day, Jackie!
Those summer stacks and the creamy Greek summer salad are calling to me! Have a great Labor day weekend π
You too! π
Can I cook this in the oven too? What temp. & how long?
Thank You,
Katherine
The BBQ Packs could be cooked in an oven, I haven’t tried it though. Baking at 350F for 20-30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender, may work!
I drooled. Fabulous! π

All of these look so amazing! I wanna try them all! Where is the recipe to the soup (?) in the title picture? With the bottom left block. My mouth is watering just from the picture alone!
Stumbled upon this while looking up recipes for my own roundup–WOW, what a collection! π
