It’s the start of a new year, and I know lots of you out there are trying to up your veggie intake! Here’s a helpful list of vegan recipes for beginners, so that you can dip your toes in for a test. Don’t worry, I made sure they’re convenient, easy-to-make and delicious, just for you!
Many of these recipes use simple ingredients and/or are done in 30 minutes and under. Otherwise, many of them are just easy to make and can be prepped ahead of time, whether that means for weekly prep, or just taking lunch to school or work. Sweets are some of my favorite things to eat, but also what you’ll find the least of when you eat out at non-vegan restaurants. Know that you won’t be missing out on the occasional indulgence once switching to a more plant-based lifestyle! Here are some dessert recipes that aren’t too labor intensive, have accessible ingredients, and a couple that can be made ahead.

Oh my goodness. These are all slam dunk recipes! I cant wait to whip up a few of them this weekend. I went plant based this month in honor of my sweet partner and honestly just wanting to continue my journey of feeling better. Im a sucker for quick easy recipes and everything on here looks (for the most part) super easy!
I cant wait to see where I am in the next few months. Do I go full plant based, do I miss cheese pizza, the possibilities are endless!

As for pizza, Daiya and Sweet Earth Foods have some great freezer options. But, more and more pizza spots are carrying vegan cheese!
