Breakfast Smoothie

Made with one banana, one kiwi, 1 cup of frozen strawberries and a tablespoon of ground flaxseed. I also added a couple of ice cubes for coolness and texture.

Veggie Stir Fry with Peanut Sauce and Rice Noodles

I won’t lie, this dish was DELICIOUS; and I think I’m addicted to sesame seeds. In the stir fry is snap peas, broccoli, radishes, celery, onion, chives, tomatoes, and oranges.

Steamed Artichokes with Roasted Veggies and Hummus

This was a quick take on Greek/Mediterranean style cuisine and it turned out really delicious. Artichoke and hummus are great together and the toasted pita bread was good with the roasted pepper, onion and tomato.
