Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Chopped Strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp . White Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp . Maple Syrup
  • 4 tsp . Vegan Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 tsp . Unsulphured Molasses
  • 2 tsp . Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tsp . Liquid Aminos
  • 1 tsp . Liquid Smoke
  • 1 tsp . Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp . Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp . Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp . Paprika
  • 1/3 tsp . Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp . Turmeric
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare strawberries but chopping them and cutting off the stems. Place them into a blender and puree them completely.
  • Add in the rest of the liquid ingredients and blend again. Place the rest of the ingredients into the blender and blend on medium or high-speed for 30 seconds.
  • Pour mixture into a shallow sauce pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes, just to thicken it up a bit. If you want the sauce less thick, skip this step.
